Life flows toward more life. We see it in nature all the time. Even death is followed by new life. This is the flow toward flourishing.
How does this apply to our work?
When we align with the flow toward flourishing, we sync up with a powerful momentum that is already happening. We didn’t create it; it’s already flowing. We are an expression of those powerful forces of life that are already moving through us and through the world around us.
So when I help women and men – especially those in positions of leadership and influence – discover that flow of creative life within themselves, and get in sync with it, those leaders can then empower the people around them to align with that flow. And when an entire organization joins up with that momentum, that’s when the magic happens.
I take a personalized approach to helping leaders maximize their strengths and their potential, to help them develop into the highest vision they have for themselves, and then do the same for their organizations. My work is about transforming the business and the leader at the same time.

Sheri’s integration of the thought of Alfred North Whitehead and Carl Gustav Jung and the application of that synthesis in her work on psycho-spiritual integration and human flourishing revealed that at all levels – macro to micro – our world is characterized by meaning, connection, and creativity. This is true of our inner life, our outer life, and it’s true of our organizations.
Sheri brings to this work deep experience in higher education administration and strategic planning, non-profit management, enterprise software marketing and communications leadership, public speaking, workshop facilitation, and training experience, and entrepreneurial adventures in the music industry. She has particular gifts in seeing important patterns and distilling core themes.
Her research on the integration of Whitehead and Jung led Sheri to develop what she calls a relational-imaginal model of leadership. Authentic, engaged, and effective leaders incorporate meaning, connection, and creativity by understanding that meaning and purpose are inherent in everything we do, that we are intrinsically connected in a web of relationship with the others around us, and that, in every moment, creative possibilities are available that will transform our experience.
